The panel is part of and funded by the Hackney Homes Resident Involvement structure and is made up of  representatives from Hackney Homes TRAs, the Street Property Forum on a regular basis with Youth and other Resident Involvement groups regularly invited, representing all Clapton Hackney Homes residents and leaseholders.

All sections of the community are represented within the Resident Involvement Structure and by the panel.
